メイテオリアとは (瞑想)のメイとテオリア(観想)をあわせた造語です。
テオリアは観想するという意味のギリシャ語です。
元々は視ることという意味です。
テオリア的生活などとよく言います。
メイテオリアは瞑想の進化系であり、催眠と瞑想の中間のようなものです。
メイテオリアによる様々な瞑想ワークを通して、心の内側を整え、 魂の成長を遂げていくことができます。
